Flower Growers of Mississippi

Growing the Cut Flower Industry in Mississippi

Did you know that over 80% of specialty cut flowers are currently imported from other countries?

Surprisingly, we can grow 90% of these specialty cut flowers right here in our own state.

This is where the Flower Growers of Mississippi step into the picture!

"Growing Stronger by Diving Deeper into Cut Flower Growing"

"Tulip Tuesdays" - our webinar series - is held virtually via Zoom twice monthly

from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm CT.

We also offer small in-person workshops at both of the demonstration flower farms - the Flower Farm School in Bolton and the Madison Flower Farm - in accordance with the Zoom webinar schedule.

It is our goal to educate Mississippi growers on how to grow cut flowers for business to business or business to consumer sales. It doesn't matter where you are on the spectrum - backyard grower, urban grower, or farmer - we've got tools and resources in these free webinars to get you started making an income from growing cut flowers in Mississippi.

Agendas may vary as needed. Be sure to check our newsletter or Facebook group before class for any updates.
